id888k Terms and Conditions – Platform Rules for Philippine Players

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member," "User," or "you") and id888k ("the Platform," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the id888k website at https://id888k.best and all associated services, features, and content.

By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise accessing the id888k platform, you confirm that:

• You have read and understood these Terms in full;
• You accept and agree to be bound by these Terms;
• You meet all eligibility requirements set out in Section 2;
• You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any undisclosed third party.

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the id888k platform. We recommend saving or printing a copy of these Terms for your reference, as they govern all transactions and interactions you have with id888k.

To create and maintain an account on id888k, you must meet all of the following requirements at all times:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years old. id888k does not permit gambling by individuals under 21, in compliance with Philippine gaming regulations. Age verification may be requested at any point.
• Location: You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online betting is legal. Philippine residents using id888k should ensure they are familiar with their local laws. id888k is intended for the Philippine market.
• Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract. Persons under legal guardianship or those declared legally incapacitated may not register.
• One account per person: Each individual may hold only one id888k account. Creating multiple accounts — whether under your own name or any alias — is strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension and forfeiture of any balances held in duplicate accounts.
• Accurate information: All registration information you provide must be accurate, complete, and current. id888k reserves the right to verify your identity at any time and to suspend accounts where information is found to be false or incomplete.

id888k may decline any registration application at its sole discretion without providing a reason. Registering with false details to circumvent these eligibility requirements is a violation of these Terms and may be reported to the relevant authorities.

Your id888k account is personal to you. You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials, including your username and password. id888k strongly recommends using a unique, strong password that you do not use on any other platform.

You must not share your account credentials with anyone — not friends, family members, or any third party. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact id888k support immediately at support@id888k.best so we can secure your account before any unauthorised activity occurs.

id888k is not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to keep your login details secure or where you have voluntarily shared them with another person.

Account holders are required to complete identity verification (KYC) before requesting their first withdrawal. The verification process may require submission of:

• A government-issued photo ID (passport, driver's licence, or PhilSys national ID);
• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or barangay clearance dated within 90 days);
• Proof of payment method ownership (screenshot of GCash or Maya account showing your name).

Accounts that cannot be verified may be restricted from withdrawals until documentation is satisfactorily provided. id888k will not hold funds indefinitely — if verification cannot be completed within 60 days of a withdrawal request, the matter will be escalated per our compliance procedures.

id888k supports the following Philippine payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay/PESONet bank transfers, BDO Online Banking, BPI Online Banking, UnionBank Online, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are denominated in Philippine pesos (₱).

Deposits are credited to your id888k wallet after confirmation from the payment provider, which typically occurs within minutes for e-wallets. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. id888k does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may impose its own charges.

Withdrawals require completion of KYC verification (see Section 3). The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱100. id888k does not charge withdrawal fees on e-wallet transactions. Bank transfer withdrawals may incur standard interbank fees. Processing times are as follows:

• GCash and Maya: within 5 minutes in most cases;
• GrabPay and Coins.ph: within 30 minutes;
• InstaPay: within 1 hour;
• PESONet and bank transfers: within 1 banking day;
• Credit/debit card refunds: 3–7 banking days depending on your issuing bank.

Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically possible. id888k reserves the right to require additional verification for large withdrawal amounts or unusual withdrawal patterns as part of its anti-money laundering compliance obligations.

All bets placed on id888k are subject to these Terms and any additional rules published on the specific sport or game page. In the event of a conflict, the more specific rule takes precedence.

Bet acceptance: id888k reserves the right to accept, decline, or limit any bet at its sole discretion. A bet is only confirmed once you receive an on-screen confirmation and the amount is deducted from your wallet balance. Until that confirmation is displayed, the bet has not been placed.

Odds changes: Sports betting odds are subject to change up until the moment the event begins. The odds shown at the time your bet is confirmed are the odds that apply to that bet. Subsequent odds changes do not affect confirmed bets.

Void bets: A bet may be voided if the event is cancelled, if the event result cannot be determined, if there was a manifest error in the odds (see below), or if fraud or collusion is suspected. Voided bets result in a full refund of the stake to your id888k wallet.

Manifest errors: If an obvious pricing error — such as a football match being listed at 100/1 for the clear favourite — is identified before or after settlement, id888k reserves the right to void bets placed at the erroneous odds. We will always notify affected members when this occurs.

Maximum payouts: Individual bet payouts are subject to maximum limits which vary by sport and market type. These limits are displayed on the relevant betting pages. id888k may split winnings across multiple payments if the payout exceeds processing thresholds.

Sabong-specific rules: Sabong bets are subject to the official rules of the licensed Philippine arena hosting the event. In cases of a draw or fight cancellation, bets on Meron and Wala are voided and stakes returned, except for bets specifically placed on the Draw outcome.

id888k offers a range of bonuses and promotions including welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, cashback rewards, and the Refer a Friend programme. Each promotion has its own specific terms, which are published on the Promotions page. These general bonus terms apply to all offers unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise.

• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to verified id888k members only. Each offer specifies whether it is available to new members, existing members, or both.
• One bonus per offer: Each promotion may only be claimed once per member, per household, and per device, unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• Wagering requirements: Most deposit bonuses carry a wagering requirement — a multiple of the bonus amount that must be bet before the bonus funds can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements and eligible markets are specified on each promotion's detail page.
• Expiry: Bonus funds not used within the stated validity period will be forfeited. Bonus winnings accumulated from expired bonus funds will also be removed.
• Referral bonuses: Refer a Friend rewards are credited after the referred member makes a qualifying first deposit. Refer to the Refer a Friend page for full tier details and qualifying criteria.
• Abuse: id888k reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus where evidence of bonus abuse, arbitrage betting, or collusion is identified. Accounts found to be abusing the bonus system may be restricted from future promotions.

id888k does not guarantee the availability of any specific promotion at any given time. Promotions may be modified or discontinued at any time, with notice provided where reasonably practicable.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the id888k platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Creating more than one account, whether in your own name or under any alias;
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with the platform;
• Exploiting technical errors, glitches, or pricing mistakes to obtain unfair advantages;
• Engaging in match-fixing, insider betting, or any form of corruption related to sporting events;
• Colluding with other members to manipulate betting markets or game outcomes;
• Using a VPN, proxy server, or other technology to conceal your true location;
• Laundering funds through the platform — depositing money for purposes other than genuine gambling activity;
• Sharing or selling your account to another person;
• Using abusive, threatening, or harassing language toward id888k staff or other members;
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or verification.

id888k is committed to promoting responsible gambling. We recognise that for a small number of people, gambling can become harmful, and we take our duty of care seriously. The platform provides the following tools to all members:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit ceilings directly from your account settings. Once set, limits cannot be increased for 24 hours.
• Cooling-off period: Take a voluntary break from the platform for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days.
• Self-exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from id888k. Once activated, self-exclusion cannot be reversed for a minimum of 6 months.
• Reality checks: Enable time-based reminders that alert you to how long you have been logged in during a session.

id888k uses industry-standard encryption to protect data transmitted between your device and our servers. However, no internet transmission is completely secure, and id888k cannot guarantee the absolute security of data in transit. You should take appropriate precautions on your own devices, including keeping your software and operating system updated.

To the fullest extent permitted by Philippine law, id888k is not liable for:

• Loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials;

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits id888k's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any matter that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.

id888k reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at any time. Circumstances that may lead to suspension include, but are not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe;
• Suspected fraudulent or criminal activity;
• Chargebacks initiated by the member against id888k without first contacting support;
• Receiving a self-exclusion request from the account holder.

Where a suspension is imposed due to suspected fraud or Terms violation, any balance held in the account may be frozen pending investigation. id888k will communicate the reason for suspension and the process for appeal to the affected member via the email address on their account.

Members who wish to close their account voluntarily may do so by contacting support@id888k.best. Any remaining balance at the time of voluntary closure will be processed for withdrawal to the member's verified payment method, subject to standard KYC requirements being met.

id888k may update or amend these Terms from time to time. When material changes are made, we will notify active members via the email address registered on their account and display a prominent notice on the id888k platform at least 7 days before the changes take effect.

Your continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with an amendment, you should stop using id888k and contact us to close your account and withdraw your remaining balance before the changes take effect.
